2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account data: your mobile number, used to verify your identity via OTP and as your unique login.
• Business card content: business name, representative name, email address, alternate contact number, office address, logo, cover photos, product/catalogue images, social media links, video links, and any text you choose to add.
• Location data: if you choose to use the map feature, the coordinates you fetch automatically from your device or manually select.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact our support team.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via server logs for security and troubleshooting purposes.

2.3 Payment information

All payments are handled directly by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of successful or failed payments and a transaction reference, but we do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials at any point.

• To create and operate your account and authenticate your login via OTP;
• To build, host, and publish your digital visiting card as instructed by you;
• To process subscription payments and maintain billing records;
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries;
• To send you service-related communications (for example, subscription expiry reminders);
• To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Service;
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your card content for advertising purposes.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Razorpay — to process your subscription payment. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs data you provide directly to it during checkout.
• Google Firebase — to deliver the SMS one-time password used for account verification.
• Our hosting infrastructure provider — to store and serve the Service and your card data.
• Law enforcement or regulators — where required by applicable law, court order, or governmental request.

Your published card content (business name, photos, contact details, etc.) is, by design, publicly visible to anyone who has the link or scans your QR code — that is the intended function of the Service. Please only include information you are comfortable making public.

5. Location Data

If you use "Fetch Current Location," your browser will ask your permission before sharing your device's coordinates with us — we never access this without your explicit action and consent. Coordinates you save are displayed on your public card to help customers find you and are used to power the "Directions" link. You can remove saved location data at any time by editing your card.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Service uses limited, functional local storage (not third-party advertising cookies) to keep you logged in between visits and to remember your session. Disabling local storage in your browser may prevent parts of the Service, such as staying logged in, from working correctly.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), hashed authentication credentials, and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and card data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to allow you to resume service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see Section 13.

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data — you can do this directly by editing your card at any time;
• Request deletion of your account and associated data;

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action to remove it.
